Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. About the Role As a Designer, you will implement the creative vision and maintain the visual integrity of all marketing creative collateral. What You'll Do Solve creative challenges and continue to build creative that delivers on business objectives and strategy Implement projects from conception to completion within an established creative vision Collaborate with cross-functional partners on all projects as necessary to develop creative solutions Collaborate with Project Management and In-store Marketing to keep projects on track and schedule and assist with timeline development Maintain job notes on critical design details for future reference Maintain an organized file management system and file server Create and maintain current, up-to-date style guides Additional tasks may be assigned What Skills You Have Required 2-5 years design experience Strong organization, time management and multitasking skills Effective verbal and written communication skills BFA or equivalent degree MAC proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Thorough understanding of typography and design composition Solid understanding of creative print-ready files Preferred Experience with retail workflow, processes, and structure Knowledge of four-color, spot, and digital printing processes and prepress requirements Photo art direction experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to present creative ideas in a professional, organized manner Strong understanding of photography and digital imaging
