Designer August 31st, 2026 Job Description Squires&Co is looking for a talented Designer to join our team and support a concentrated client account across a wide range of creative needs. This role is ideal for a versatile, detail-oriented designer who can quickly develop a deep understanding of a client's brand and translate it consistently across a variety of deliverables. As a Designer, you'll work closely with our Creative Directors, design team and account team to execute projects from concept through completion. You'll become highly familiar with the client's brand guidelines, visual preferences and evolving needs, allowing you to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of creativity, consistency and accuracy. The work is varied and fast-paced, spanning advertising, brand executions, logos and identity applications, presentations, social media, video, digital and print collateral, web design and more. You should be equally comfortable developing a new creative concept and executing within an established brand system. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Richardson, Texas .

Wednesday and Friday Job Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and execute designs across a variety of print and digital deliverables Become an expert in the client's brand guidelines, visual identity and creative preferences Maintain brand consistency across all projects and communications Design advertising, social media content, presentations, marketing collateral, brand applications, logos and other creative materials Support video and motion graphics projects as needed Collaborate with the Creative Director and other designers to develop and refine creative solutions Work closely with Account Executives to understand project objectives, priorities, timelines and client feedback Incorporate client feedback thoughtfully and efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the creative work Collaborate with developers on website and other digital projects Manage multiple projects, priorities and quick-turn requests simultaneously Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print, digital and other applications Review work carefully for accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand standards Take ownership of assigned projects and help ensure work moves efficiently from concept through completion Job Qualifications 2-4 years of professional design experience In-house experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field preferred Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong proficiency in Figma After Effects and motion graphics experience is a plus Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across print, digital and brand applications Excellent typography, layout and visual communication skills Ability to work within established brand guidelines while still bringing fresh thinking to the work Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with frequent quick-turn projects Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable receiving, interpreting and incorporating client feedback Collaborative and willing to work closely with creative, account and development teams Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects while knowing when to seek input or creative direction An interest in developing a deep understanding of the client's business, brand and audience, not just completing individual assignments How to Apply Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant design work to hello@squirescompany.com.
