This role is NOT a remote position. The candidate must be able to collaborate with the team and customers daily in Newtown, PA. Company Description DeLuca Design Build is a full-service design-build firm specializing in Land Development, Architecture, Interior Design, and construction of high-end custom homes. We focus on timeless design, strong detailing, and a highly collaborative process from concept through construction. Role Description We are seeking a design-driven Interior Architectural Designer to support and grow into a key role shaping the interior experience on high-end custom homes. This is a client-facing role. You will collaborate directly with homeowners to develop design directions, guide selections, and help ensure the design translates clearly into built work. What You'll Do Support and guide clients through style, materials, and design direction. Develop palettes, vision boards, and cohesive interiors. Assist with and participate in showroom selections. Design and detail millwork and interior architectural elements for construction Documentation. Coordinate as needed with construction installation and execution. What You Bring Background in Architecture or Interior Design Strong instinct for style, color, and materials Comfortable working with clients and contributing to decisions. Experience with custom residential work preferred. Proficiency in Revit or similar documentation and rendering tools. Understanding how design gets built. What Matters You understand that design is a professional service. You work efficiently, stay organized, and make decisions that move projects forward. This role has the opportunity to grow into greater ownership as capability and trust is demonstrated by the candidate.
