LANDSCAPE DESIGNER - REVIT / BIM

Charleston, South Carolina | Hybrid 2-3 Years of Professional Experience CEPM is an international landscape architecture practice with offices in the United States and abroad. We are looking for a talented and technically skilled Landscape Designer to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This position is ideal for a designer who combines strong landscape design and plant knowledge with excellent technical production skills and advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows . Responsibilities Produce accurate landscape plans, sections, details and construction documentation using Revit Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models Support projects through design development and technical documentation Contribute to planting design, plant palettes and species selection Coordinate with architects, engineers and other project consultants Maintain high graphic and technical standards throughout project delivery Work collaboratively with CEPM teams in the United States and internationally Requirements 2-3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or landscape design Advanced proficiency in Revit - mandatory Strong understanding of BIM workflows and documentation Strong knowledge of plants, planting design and species selection Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively within an international and multidisciplinary team Professional fluency in English Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field French language skills are a strong plus Experience working within multidisciplinary architecture / engineering teams Location & Working Arrangement Charleston, South Carolina This is a hybrid position , combining remote work with regular presence at our Charleston office. Employment Full-time position. Initial 12-month engagement, with strong potential for extension and a longer-term opportunity within CEPM.
