Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to negotiate project scopes, budgets, and schedules effectively. Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability practices. Utilize building information modeling (BIM) tools like NavisWorks to facilitate 3D modeling for architectural design and clash detection. Prepare renderings and visualizations using Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and other graphic design software to communicate design intent clearly. Oversee construction management activities including site visits, construction estimating, budgeting, and ensuring construction accessibility regulations are met.
