Client contact and acquisition Create detailed construction documents which clearly define the architectural design Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and alignment with design Collaborate with various team members and engineering consultants Good communication and organization is a must to ensure timely execution Efficient time and project management skills to stay on budget Assist in the creation of project proposals Develop relationships for on-going and future projects Knowledge of local codesQualifications:
4+ years of experience in Architecture / Project management (not including school) Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed architect, or on the path to licensure. Passionate, Creative, Organized Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships Proficient in AutoCAD RevIT experience a plus Professional Integrity Self-motivated with good problem solving skills Must be able to commute to and work in our office inGreensboro, NC What We Offer:
