Our award-winning design team continues to grow! We are currently looking for a Senior Project Architect who has a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in commercial architecture to join us! This role is a tremendous career opportunity for an architect who wants to have an integral role at a smaller firm where they can directly impact all facets of the schematic, design development, construction document and construction administration phases of architecture.

Project activities will include:

Schematic design (hand drawing, Revit/AutoCAD, 3D modeling) Design development drawings (Revit/AutoCAD); Scopes of work (Word/Excel); Construction drawings (Revit/AutoCAD ); Specifications (BSD SpecLink); Client meetings and presentations; and Coordination of engineers (contracts and work product). QA/QC (design drawing review, code compliance verification, and inter-disciplinary coordination). To be considered for this position, the candidate must possess the following minimum experience, skills and abilities: At least 15 years of similar architectural project experience required (similar in scope to what has been described above). Corporate, financial and retail experience preferred. Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) degree in Architecture. Architectural registration with NCARB certification preferred.
