You'll work on some of the most exciting projects in the live events industry. These high-profile, fast-paced projects call for strong leadership, sharp instincts, and real-time decision making, creating an ideal environment to grow through problem solving, collaboration, and mentorship. What You Will Do Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Your Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university required 0-5 years of related project experience, including demonstrated success and/or interest working on sports projects Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software Beginning knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills This role is not remote, we look forward to working with our new Designer team member in our Washington, D.C., office. The estimated base salary range for this position in the Washington, D.C. is $69,000- $82,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation is contingent on location and relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
