Candidate must be able to manage a small group of architects/designers to produce designs on multiple projects concurrently. Design work will include new construction and renovation projects across federal, commercial, and industrial business sectors. Minimum Qualifications Degree from a NAAB accredited program Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit Ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently Advanced understanding of:

• Design solution development
• Building systems, detailing, and technology
