$60,000 - $100,000 (Based on Experience) Our client is a well-established commercial architecture and design firm seeking an Architectural Designer to join their growing team in beautiful Mount Pleasant, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating on commercial projects from concept through construction documentation. Responsibilities Develop architectural designs and construction documents for commercial projects. Produce detailed drawings using Revit (AutoCAD experience is a plus). Collaborate with architects, project managers, engineers, and consultants throughout all project phases. Assist with space planning, code research, and design development. Coordinate project drawings with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. Participate in client meetings and design presentations as needed. Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable building codes. Support projects from schematic design through construction administration. Maintain project schedules while managing multiple deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 2+ years of architectural design experience preferred. Proficiency in Revit is required. Working knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building codes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Architectural licensure is a plus but not required.
