Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Degree from a NAAB accredited program plus six (6) years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Experience with AutoCAD and Revit Experience with design solution development, building systems and detailing, applicable codes and life safety requirements, differing building types and project delivery methods, and programming and planning methods Architectural registration (RA) Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be aUnited States Citizen Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on federal projects with knowledge of the UFC and UFGS RA License in South Carolina LEED credentials NCARB certification Master of Architecture Eligibility for a U.S. Security clearance Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately, effectively, and confidently Additional Information Relocation assistance is not available.
