Full-timeKey responsibilitiesCreate detailed, build-ready construction drawings for bidding, permitting, coordination, and installationCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design processSupport projects from conceptual design through final installationJob descriptionIn this role, you'll help bring commercial kitchen and foodservice projects to life by creating detailed construction drawings and collaborating with sales consultants, project managers, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

This position plays a key role in designing functional, efficient, and code-compliant foodservice spaces for projects ranging from independent restaurants to large hospitality and multi-unit developments nationwide.
What You'll Do:
Create detailed, build-ready construction drawings for bidding, permitting, coordination, and installationDevelop equipment elevations, utility plans, and isometric views to communicate design intent clearlyCollaborate with internal teams, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the design processAssist in solving layout, space-planning, and operational challenges within commercial kitchen environmentsReview site documentation and identify potential design or installation concerns proactivelyRespond to RFIs, field conditions, and project revisions accurately and efficientlyTrack scope changes and maintain organized project documentationSupport projects from conceptual design through final installationManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project milestones
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; or Associate degree with relevant industry experience3-8 years of drafting/design experience preferredProficiency in Autodesk RevitAbility to read, interpret, and create construction documentsExperience working with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholdersStrong organization and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a deadline - driven environmentClear, professional communication skillsPreferred (Not Required):

Commercial kitchen or foodservice design experienceUnderstanding of foodservice workflows, equipment, and utility requirementsField verification or site survey experienceUnderstanding of ADA considerations within commercial kitchen layoutsExperience with 3D rendering software such as Enscape
