Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Pool Designer specializing in Structure Studios or Pool Studio software to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed, visually compelling pool and landscape designs that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life through precise 3D modeling, schematic development, and comprehensive construction documentation. Responsibilities Develop accurate 3D models and detailed schematics of pool structures, landscapes, and surrounding environments using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), or Grasshopper 3D. Create construction detail documentation that meets building code compliance standards and project specifications. Utilize CAD software including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks to produce precise drawings for permitting and construction purposes. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts into feasible construction plans. Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs adhere to local regulations and safety standards. Assist in system design and integration for pools, including mechanical components and structural elements. Prepare schematic layouts, drafting plans, and visual presentations that clearly communicate design intent. Support the review of construction documents during project execution to ensure accuracy and quality control. Skills Proficiency in structure Studios / Pool Studios Strong understanding of construction detail documentation processes and building code compliance requirements. Experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools for integrated project delivery. Knowledge of structural system design principles specific to pools and landscape architecture. Ability to perform building code analysis and ensure designs meet regulatory standards. Skilled in graphic design techniques for creating compelling visualizations and schematics. Familiarity with mechanical design aspects related to pool systems and infrastructure. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
