This role is built for emerging architects who want to move beyond redlines and take an active role in shaping design and technical outcomes. You'll contribute to exciting, dynamic commercial projects including mission critical and workplace environments where creative thinking and strong technical execution are equally valued. Working alongside architects and engineers, you'll help develop design concepts, translate ideas into buildable solutions, and gain hands-on experience across all phases of a project. We're looking for someone who brings a high level of creativity, curiosity, and a drive to push ideas further. Position Salary Range

• The expected salary range for this position is $57,000 to $65,000 annually. Required Qualifications
• NAAB-accredited architecture degree required 2-5 years' experience in architecture A desire to expand the expertise of our team Comfort with collaboration in all aspects of architecture design A passion for knowledge transfer and work sharing Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications
