Toll Architecture , a national full-service Toll Brothers company seeks a Senior Architectural CAD Technician for our team at our division office located in Grapevine, Texas. What is the opportunity? Highly skilled production drafting role working as part of a team developing/maintaining construction documents and permit sets. Capable of working independently on complex assignments as needed. What are the primary responsibilities? Production Able to take direction Complex drafting conditions Adhere to project workflow criteria Follow established standards and development procedures Preparation of permit construction documents Complex revisions to completed models Preparation of files to be used by other stakeholders Collaboration Opportunities to collaborate with other Architectural stacks Engage and interact with all team members by sharing experiences, issues, resolutions, and best practices Encourage opportunities for continuous improvement by asking questions, identifying roadblocks and providing suggestions to managers All other duties as assigned This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
