Drafter:

Prepare detailed drawings for custom homes according to specifications provided by architect.

Essential Position Requirements:

Be able to form working relationship with project managers. Must be able to perform at a high level to maintain project schedules. Will accept any challenge and perform the job or task at the highest level of professionalism. Prompt and dependable attendance. Other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience:

Minimum of Associate's Degree in Architectural Drafting and/or equivalent work experience in related field.

Knowledge and Skills:

Trained and experienced in the use of Revit and other Autodesk software. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Construction background helpful. Must be detail oriented. Must be self-motivated. Required Competencies /
