Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Architectural Designer with strong Revit experience to join our team. Revit proficiency is our #1 priority for this position. We are looking for someone who is extremely comfortable working in Revit and can produce accurate, detailed architectural drawings and models with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed architectural models in Revit Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Produce accurate drawings based on architectural designs and project requirements Coordinate drawings and models with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project team members Make revisions and updates to drawings efficiently and accurately Assist with the development of projects from schematic design through construction documents Maintain organized and accurate project files Participate in project coordination and design discussions Required Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Experience producing detailed architectural drawings in Revit Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in an architecture firm Experience with construction documentation Knowledge of building codes and construction practices Experience coordinating architectural models with consultants Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other architectural software What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is more than someone who has Revit listed on their résumé. We are looking for someone who uses Revit regularly and is highly confident creating, editing, coordinating, and troubleshooting Revit models and construction documents. Experience Level 2+ years of professional architectural experience preferred Strong Revit experience required
