Job Description
Graduate Engineer I, Land Development Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Civil Engineer in our Land Development group, in Richardson, TX. This position will assist in the design/planning land and site development projects, working as part of a design team under the direct supervision of a PE.
What you will do:
Design civil engineering projects under the direct supervision of a Professional Engineer Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates for Land Development projects Perform drafting CAD work Perform calculations and analysis for design projects Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents Coordinate with other team members, including surveyors, architects, and contractors Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Passed the FE exam Have a current Texas EIT license or the ability to obtain within 2 years of employment Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D The Halff Land Development Advantage Our diverse and knowledgeable in-house staff can provide all of the services needed for land and site development projects.
