This will include: Creating construction drawings using our highly specialized software Generating and verifying fabrication drawings and reports Generating bill of materials for field construction Designing and troubleshooting standardized steel framing conditions with project specific requests Ensuring a quality product by thorough contract and design coordination Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree with focus in Architecture or Construction Management Training or experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software such as Tekla Basic knowledge of standard construction practices ccredited training, certification, or professional experience operating Architectural CAD software or 3D Modeling software.
