Pool Design, Estimating & Sales Specialist Ever After Custom Pools Full-Time Position | Pay Based on Experience Ever After Custom Pools is growing, and we're looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Pool Design, Estimating & Sales Specialist. This position is focused on three key areas: 3D design and rendering, estimating, and sales/closing. We already have our field operations and project management covered. We're looking for someone who can help strengthen the front end of our business—from creating the customer's vision to developing the estimate and helping close the final deal. Responsibilities 3D Design & Rendering Create professional 3D designs and renderings for custom pools and outdoor living spaces. Work with customer ideas, measurements, and project requirements to develop attractive, realistic designs. Make design revisions as needed throughout the sales process. Estimating Build accurate estimates and detailed proposals for custom pools, spas, decking, water features, and outdoor living areas. Understand construction costs, quantities, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. Work closely with ownership to ensure projects are estimated accurately before contracts are finalized. Sales & Closing Meet with qualified customers to understand their vision and budget. Present designs, estimates, and proposals professionally. Make revisions when necessary. Follow up with prospective customers. Help move qualified leads through the sales process and close the final deal. Ideal Candidate Experience with Pool Studio, Structure Studios, or similar 3D design software Experience with pool design or residential/outdoor-living design is highly preferred Understanding of construction costs and estimating Strong communication and sales skills Comfortable working directly with homeowners Creative, organized, and self-motivated Professional appearance and attitude Able to manage multiple designs, estimates, and customers at once Reliable transportation Compensation This is a full-time position with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
