Job Description

Atrium Architecture, Engineering and Design is an architecture firm providing comprehensive design services for custom homes, renovations, multifamily housing, and commercial office spaces. From initial planning and feasibility through design development and construction support, we partner closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, well-resolved solutions tailored to each projects goals, budget, and context. Our collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure architecture that is both functional and enduring. As our portfolio and clients continue to grow, were expanding our team to take on an increasing range of residential and commercial work.
Qualifications & Skills :
Legally authorized to work in the US and living near either of our offices or willing and able to relocate (no remote work)Post-secondary education in architecture or drafting preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Revit is a must. SketchUp, CAD and other drafting/design software preferred.
Additional desirable skills include:
Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, hand drawing, knowledge of building codes, professional writing and communication skills.

Effective use of time and good time management skills are required. Dependability and trustworthiness are essential.

Self-motivated and proactive work ethic. Commitment to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Basic knowledge in building construction techniques, methods and materials.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface and communicate with project architects, engineers, contractors and owners for successful completion of projects.

Technical construction detailing.

Assist architects with design development and presentation materials as needed.

Maintain organized drawing records, project files, and documentation control.
