Job Title:

Architectural IPS Designer Job Description We are seeking an experienced IPS Designer who specializes in Revit Family Creation, Data Extraction & Scheduling, and Stakeholder Management. You will be responsible for the architectural layout of large-scale buildings, specifically those over 200,000 square feet. Responsibilities + Obtain and document all specifics regarding projects from site selection and transaction management. + Research and compile all available information for the site. + Coordinate all engineering and architectural specifications for each building type, including internal composite coordination and site-specific information. + Coordinate initial architectural design and permit submittals as required. + Develop and provide supporting documents for lease execution, such as site plans and work letters. + Develop initial construction schedules and sequences for phasing of construction if necessary. + Create construction estimates for capital requests and other planning efforts. + Manage due diligence, utility, and other coordination efforts prior to construction hand-off. + Provide complete and accurate documentation for construction handoff, including contacts, drawings, and permit status. + Maintain a repository for all pre-construction work products by site. Essential Skills + Experience with Revit Family Creation + Data extraction from Revit using API or plugins + Proficiency in Python coding and Dynamo + Strong understanding of architectural design + Proficiency in Smartsheets and BIM360 + Familiarity with Bluebeam and Floor Plan Layout Design Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Microsoft Office suite + Knowledge of AutoCAD, ACC, SQL, Recap, Navisworks, Smartsheet, and Excel + Experience with digital twins, surveys, and Point Cloud to BIM + Understanding of Autodesk Tandem and drafting/design techniques Work Environment This role is based onsite 5 days a week at the Grace Building in Bellevue, WA. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders and managing multiple aspects of architectural design and project management in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
