Residential Drafter Terrene Homes & Terrene Architecture Position Overview Terrene Homes and Terrene Architecture are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting new construction residential permit and construction drawings, collaborating with clients and consultants, and ensuring that all plans meet local codes and our high standards for quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural drawings and construction documents for production residential homes. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and permitting processes. Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD. Review and revise plans based on internal and external feedback. Maintain company drawing standards and libraries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related experience. Experience in residential architectural design and drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other relevant design software. Understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership. Why Join Us?
