As our project demand continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our team and help lead the design and delivery of some of the most dynamic and visually impactful environments in the industry. The Opportunity As an Architectural Project Coordinator at I-5, you'll work directly with our Senior Project Managers to help coordinate and deliver complex design-build renovation and new construction projects for casinos, hospitality, and F&B environments across the country. You'll play a key role in project implementation - reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with in-house architects, engineers, subcontractors, and superintendents, managing RFIs and submittals, supporting schedules and procurement, and helping keep projects moving from design through completion. We are looking for an experienced architectural or construction professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across both the design and construction sides of complex commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Assist the Senior Project Manager with commercial design-build projects. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and consultant documents for project coordination. Manage and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation. Coordinate with in-house architects as well as subconsultant engineers, subcontractors, superintendents, vendors, and Owner representatives. Assist with subcontractor solicitation, scope review, bid comparison, procurement, and coordination. Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement logs, and action-item tracking. Help resolve design, field, scope, and sequencing issues throughout construction. Support change management, project meetings, closeout, and turnover activities. Travel to project sites around the U.S. as needed, typically for short trips a few times per month. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience coordinating and/or assisting in management of commercial architectural and construction projects. Mastery of Revit, Bluebeam, and related software. Experience with Procore preferred, but not required. Strong working knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, life safety, and commercial construction systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects on aggressive schedules while maintaining precision and quality. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally for site surveys and project coordination.
