We are selective about who we invite to work with our company, therefore these opportunities won't be available for long. We are looking for an Project Architect/Manager who is looking for growth opportunities with an expanding company. This position will entail a significant role in daily activities, and also the potential to assist providing overall direction and growth of the business. The individual in this role will be able lead projects from inception through close-out with minimal direction. We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated person to join our team. This individual needs to be passionate about architecture and the processes of delivering excellence and quality to our clients. Our projects range from a variety of commercial uses including healthcare, education, office environments, religious, and others.Primary Candidate Qualification Considerations:
Versatility and experience: Someone who is able to utilize company processes to take a project from its inception and complete all phases of the project through occupancy, which include, but are not limited to, the following skills: o Schematic design o Preliminary design and code review o Construction documents, including detailing o Specifications o Submittal packages for the State of WI and local municipalities o Client contact o Project management skills o Engagement with local building officials o Construction Administration o Close-out documents and occupancy statements o Client satisfaction follow up oAmbition, Desire, and Personal Qualities:

Proficiency in Autodesk REVIT is required Teams, Excel, Word and general Microsoft programs is required Willingness to learn additional programs and work within other software packagesEducation and Extra-Curricular:
