About the Role As a Revit Modeler at Beton‑Stahl, you'll collaborate closely with our in‑house engineering and drafting leads to produce construction‑ready plans and models. You'll be part of a team that values quality, communication, and doing things the right way.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed Revit models for structural and precast systems. Prepare shop drawings and construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, project leads, and contractors. Support design and construction with practical, real‑world problem solving. Help maintain and improve modeling standards and workflows. The ideal candidate brings:

An associate degree in drafting, design, or a related field with a focus on Revit. Current Revit experience (2025 or later). AutoCAD familiarity (a plus, but not required). Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. A mindset that notices issues early and offers practical, well‑reasoned solutions. A positive, team‑oriented attitude. A genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
