Revit Modeler — Structural & Precast Projects Beton‑Stahl, Inc. | Menomonie, WI Beton‑Stahl, a Menomonie‑based structural engineering firm, is seeking a Revit Modeler to join our growing team. About the Role As a Revit Modeler at Beton‑Stahl, you'll collaborate closely with our in‑house engineering and drafting leads to produce construction‑ready plans and models. You'll be part of a team that values quality, communication, and doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed Revit models for structural and precast systems. Prepare shop drawings and construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, project leads, and contractors. Support design and construction with practical, real‑world problem solving. Help maintain and improve modeling standards and workflows. Project Variety You won't get stuck working on the same thing every day. Our work spans multiple industries. This variety keeps the work engaging and helps you build a strong, versatile technical foundation. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in building clean, accurate models and enjoys being part of a collaborative project team.
The ideal candidate brings:
An associate degree in drafting, design, or a related field with a focus on Revit. Current Revit experience (2025 or later). AutoCAD familiarity (a plus, but not required). Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. A mindset that notices issues early and offers practical, well‑reasoned solutions. A positive, team‑oriented attitude. A genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed. Experience with precast concrete is helpful, but not required If you care about doing quality work and enjoy contributing to a team that values clarity and craftsmanship, you'll fit right in.
