Job Description

Overview The Architectural Drafter is responsible for producing accurate, detailed residential construction documents that meet established design, drafting, and construction standards The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, technically proficient, organized, and capable of managing multiple residential projects while maintaining a high level of drawing accuracy, consistency, and quality. Qualifications
  • AutoCAD proficiency required.
  • Minimum 2+ years o f residential architectural drafting experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of residential construction methods, building materials, and construction documentation.
  • General understanding of residential building codes and permitting requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering information, and project specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to drawing accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, revisions, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary residential design and construction team.
