Job Description

Enterprise Electronics Corporation in Enterprise, AL is seeking to hire a full-time Electromechanical Technician to assemble and test weather radar systems in its Enterprise, AL facility and support weather radar system installations at customer sites around the world.

Duties:

Install electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using solder equipment and hand tools Assemble fabricated parts to large or heavy subassemblies with hoists, testing and calibrating mechanisms to meet tolerances Provide mechanical installation/service of weather radar systems, working with crane services, conducting operational testing, and training the customer on proper use and care of the system Analyzes and troubleshoots electrical issues in weather radar systems

Education and Experience:

Associate's Degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance One year of experience working with electromechanical equipment Skills & Abilities Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly Operates hoists, forklifts, and aerial work platforms Utilizes calipers, multimeters, torque wrenches and other tools to test and verify system specifications Comfortable working from heights Able to travel domestically and internationally
