Job Description

Shift:
various start times-various end times
Hourly Rate:
$35.24 an hour Hourly Rate up to $35.24 2nd Shift - additional $0.10 shift differential 3rd Shift - additional $0.30 shift differential Support and work cooperatively with production personnel to assure efficient operation of equipment. Follow and perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. Create/monitor work orders as necessary to allow scheduled repair(s) and parts tracking/availability. Troubleshoot and repair equipment support systems and components in a timely manner. (Ex. conveyor belts, motors, grinders etc.) Assist in new equipment installation and equipment rebuilds. Assist in back filling positions as needed to cover vacations and time off on other shifts. As well as help provide coverage during working hours to all lines within the plant. Work with brands such as Allen Bradley, SIEMENS, and SEW. Conduct PLC programing and troubleshooting also, HMI troubleshooting. Other duties as assigned
Special Qualifications/Previous Experience:
Ability to use machine shop equipment, (punch press, mills, lathe, grinder and hand tools) Proficient SAP skills Basic Microsoft Office skills (Office, Excel, Power Point) Good written and oral communication Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings.
