Job DescriptionThe Industrial Maintenance Technician supports a highly automated warehouse environment by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing material handling and automation equipment. This role includes both legacy conveyor systems and next-generation automation, including AutoStore, as the facility transitions away from traditional conveying systems by July 2026.This role is for 2nd shift.
What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical warehouse equipmentMaintain conveyor systems, packaging machines, palletizers, labeling equipment, and vision systemsPerform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment reliabilityTroubleshoot PLC-related faults, sensors, drives, and controlsSupport AutoStore system operations, including robots, grid infrastructure, ports, and interfaces (training provided)Document maintenance activities using a CMMS systemRespond to equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentWhat We're Looking For3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience working with conveyor and material handling systemsWorking knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and diagnosticsExposure to automation, AS/RS, or AutoStore systems is a plusFlexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and overtime as neededStrong safety mindset and attention to detailEffectively communicates with team members and contributes positively to a collaborative work environmentQualificationsQualifications & EducationHigh School Diploma/GED REQUIREDTechnical/Vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields PREFERREDExperience supporting automated or robotic warehouse systems

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $26.94 - $32.96 (plus shift differential). Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
