ENHANCED Updated 08/2025 Job Description Job Summary Performs the maintenance and functional testing of instruments per OEM manual specifications and drawings ensuring a defect free component. (Attitude Indicators, Direction Gyros, Airspeed Indicators, Altimeters, etc...) Assists in ensuring quality and efficiency of all work performed. Troubleshoots processes/concepts to provide timely, quality repairs. Performs and complies with engineering changes and modifications as required. Assists in set up and operation of necessary test equipment; conducts functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability. Requirements Two (2) years related work experience or two (2) years of accredited schooling in electronics preferred but not required. Previous experience working with a FAA Part 145 Instrument Repair Facility. Demonstrates basic mechanical and electromechanical experience. Ability to pay attention to detail and follow strict maintenance guidelines. Ability to read basic electronic schematics.
