$4,000 sign-on bonus (external candidates), paid in installments at 60 and 180 days

Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, ventilators, and prescribed treatments Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and patient assessments Support patients using Respiratory Assist Devices, NIV, and invasive ventilation Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot technical issues Provide ongoing follow-up and telephone support to patients Maintain accurate clinical documentation Assist in training and orienting new clinical staff as needed
What You Need Required:
Active RRT, CRT, or RN license High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred:
Hospital respiratory therapy or home healthcare experience Experience with ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related science At least one year of relevant clinical experience Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently across a large geographic area About the Assignment This role offers a unique opportunity to provide advanced respiratory care in a rural setting, supporting patients transitioning from hospital to home.
