Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Naturopathic Doctor or Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in aesthetic medicine who has previously worked for, owned or operated their own practice or med spa and is now looking to step into a beautiful, established luxury aesthetic practice in Tempe that is physician-owned and medically directed. This role is ideal for a seasoned aesthetic professional who is ready to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional aesthetic treatments, building lasting patient relationships, and growing their personal brand—without the operational burden of running a business.

Responsibilities :

Advanced Clinical & Aesthetic Procedures Perform comprehensive facial and body evaluations, developing personalized, non-surgical treatment plans focused on volume restoration, structural rejuvenation, and skin quality improvement. Administer advanced neuromodulator and dermal filler injectables for facial contouring, volume replacement, and subtle facial harmonization. Conduct high-level minimally invasive surgical and energy-based procedures. Perform micro-coring skin tightening using Ellacor®. Utilize advanced laser and energy platforms—such as Sciton JOULE, Excel V+, . LaseMD Ultra, and Fraxel —for laser skin resurfacing, pigment correction, and vascular conditions. Qualifications Naturopathic Doctor (NMD) or Nurse Practioner Former med spa owner or lead injector Aesthetic Laser Certification 3+ years of high-end aesthetic injecting experience Possesses a sophisticated aesthetic eye dedicated to delivering harmonious, naturally refreshed results. Exhibits a confident, polished, and articulate demeanor that inspires patient trust and maintains a high-standard luxury environment.
