Join a high-tech, 24/7 automated production facility operating at the forefront of robotics and laser-guided vehicle technology. We are seeking motivated technicians to maintain critical equipment and ensure seamless operations during our peak production seasons. Direct Hire Opportunity!
Job Responsibilities:
Perform advanced troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of robotic equipment and high-speed automated production lines. Monitor Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) to identify, clear system faults, and navigate complex control software. Execute mechanical and electrical repairs on power transmissions and PLC-controlled systems across multiple onsite buildings. Utilize Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software to document work orders, track maintenance data, and manage technical parts inventory.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of industrial maintenance experience (relevant military or technical education may be considered). Proficiency in reading electrical/mechanical schematics and troubleshooting PLC or automated control systems. Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (3-on/4-off) and provide additional coverage during peak demand periods. Technical aptitude with the ability to work independently as the primary mechanic on shift.
salary:
$72,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 6
