As our Certified Backflow Technician, you'll be the expert customers rely on for backflow prevention testing, repair, and compliance. You'll work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including work for property management companies—where no two days are the same. Your work will directly protect water quality, prevent contamination, and keep essential systems running smoothly.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, maintain, and repair backflow prevention assemblies and related equipment. Perform certified backflow prevention testing, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with local and state regulations. Complete accurate inspection reports and maintain detailed service records. Diagnose and resolve backflow assembly issues, from failed tests to component replacements and system upgrades. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining findings and recommending solutions. Follow all safety protocols, backflow prevention codes, and company standards. Keep up to date with industry's best practices and new technologies.QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Certified Backflow Technician (3+ years preferred). Current backflow prevention tester certification. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US
