We're growing quickly and adding to our maintenance team. This role maintains and troubleshoots automated production equipment including horizontal form/fill/seal pouch fillers, bottle fillers, homogenizers, and blending tanks. We provide hands-on training on our specific equipment and are looking for someone eager to learn our systems and take ownership of the role. What we're looking for We value aptitude and attitude as much as tenure. The ideal candidate is coachable, curious, and motivated to build expertise in a modern, controls-driven manufacturing environment. If you're early in your career and want a clear path to grow, we want to hear from you. This is an overnight position. The schedule is Mon - Thurs 5:00pm - 3:30am . This position will require a training during the day shift for about 4-6 weeks. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on filling equipment, blending tanks, mixers, and homogenizers Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, including 3-phase 480V power and 24VDC control systems Work with PLC and servo-controlled equipment (HMI-based, modern machinery) Repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, and sensors Maintain accurate maintenance records in our CMMS (MaintainX) Follow GMP, safety, and documentation requirements Qualifications High school diploma
REQUIRED
; vocational training in electromechanical systems, mechatronics, or automation is a strong plus College degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, etc.)PREFERRED
Mechanical and electrical aptitude with a willingness to learn our equipment Comfort with digital tools and CMMS software Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Strong communication and documentation habitsPay:
