  • Senior Battery Testing Technician Location
  • Cupertino, CA Work Mode
  • Onsite $38 to 43 hourly on w2
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and install test setups in accordance with technical standards Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Prepare test samples, execute tests, and record/report results Perform mechanical testing including shock, compression, bending, tensile, and drop testing Perform controlled heating testing"
Mandatory Skills:
Experience with battery cell and component-level stress and reliability testing

Opportunity to work with mechanical reliability and safety testing including shock, impact, compression, tensile, bending, drop, and thermal testing. Exposure to industry-standard testing equipment such as Instron systems , enhancing specialized engineering skills that are highly marketable. Ownership of the complete testing lifecycle, from test setup development and SOP creation to execution, analysis, and reporting . Ability to contribute directly to battery safety, performance, and reliability improvements for next-generation products.
