Set up and operate electrical, functional, continuity, and hipot test equipment for cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies following drawings and work instructions.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose failed tests using digital multimeters, test fixtures, schematics, and structured troubleshooting methods.

Documentation:

Accurately record test data, failure symptoms, repairs, and retest results in the required system.

Quality & Engineering Escalation:

Escalate recurring defects and assist quality and engineering teams with root-cause investigations.

Workplace & Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain calibrated test equipment, keep work areas organized, and follow proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety practices.
