Laguna Woods, CA Responsibilities Splicers:

Perform straightforward outside splicing (6-count fiber) Test and verify signal Maintain clean, quality work

Installation Technicians:

Bring fiber from exterior coil into single-family homes Secure and route fiber properly Connect to modem/ONT Test signal and confirm activation In some areas, pull fiber through existing conduit (pull-and-place) This is production-based work with consistent volume. We are scaling quickly and prefer crews who can mobilize immediately (target start Monday) Requirements FTTH or fiber splicing experience Own tools preferred Reliable transportation Quality and efficiency focused Competitive pay based on experience and production.
