Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PCBA Rework Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and reworking electronic and electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality. Your expertise will help maintain the highest standards of product reliability by utilizing advanced diagnostic tools, electrical schematics, and troubleshooting techniques. Responsibilities Use diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to identify faults in electronic and electrical systems. Perform electrical diagnostics on AC/DC systems, ensuring accurate troubleshooting of complex electronic equipment. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents to guide repair procedures. Repair or rework electronic components and assemblies using hand tools, soldering equipment, and electrical soldering techniques. Conduct testing on electronic systems and equipment to verify proper operation after repairs or modifications. Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, test results, and rework activities for quality control purposes. Collaborate with field service teams to support on-site repairs or installations when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar electronic repair role with a strong focus on troubleshooting and rework activities. Ability to do BGA reworks, read schematic and debugging/test measurements. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams accurately. Skilled in electrical equipment repair involving AC/DC systems, soldering techniques, and electronic component replacement. Experience with removal, cleaning pads, replacing with fresh chip. Reballing experience would be nice but not required. Strong understanding of engineering troubleshooting methods for electronic systems and equipment maintenance routines. Flexible, proactive, can-do attitude. Great quality and attention to detail. $30.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
