Work with the theatre management team to help keep a 1st class appearance of our building. Diagnose and repair lighting, plumbing, flooring, concession equipment, and various seating issues. Applicants will need to communicate directly with location teams, as well as report to the district manager, director of facilities, facility manager and tech manager.AVAILABILITY
Must be able to work the day shift. This is a full-time position.SALARY:
$20 - $30/ hour depending on experience.Benefits:
Holidays paid off. 401-k with discretionary employer match for qualifying team members (Full-time employees after 12 months and 1000 hours of paid work, or long-term part-time employees with more than 500 hours of paid work in each of the previous 2 years). Full-time team members (consistently work more than 30 hours per week), are eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurance following 60 day waiting period with employer contribution of up to $395 per month. Required skills.- General repairs and maintenance experience.
- Must be proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with the ability to determine who to call for proper repairs.
- Must be able to work on a ladder safely and comfortably.
- Must be able to work with basic hand tools and a drill.
- Excellent leadership skills, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Multi-task effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent sense of priority setting and time management.
- Follow and enforce all policies and procedures.
- Displaying a positive, helpful, and patient attitude toward guests and team members.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions, including all company policies.
- Ability to work up to 40 hours a week, although 40 hours are never guaranteed.
