Job Description

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Electronic Test Technician-Level 3 for a contract opportunity in Poway, CA supporting advanced aerospace and defense electronic systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong RF systems experience, excellent electronics fundamentals, and proven ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair printed wiring assemblies and electronic assemblies down to the component level. You will join a collaborative avionics test environment focused on mission-critical technology, precision workmanship, and high-reliability results. The team offers a supportive technical culture where experienced technicians can solve complex problems, share knowledge, work with advanced test equipment, and continue building specialized skills in RF, diagnostics, and electronic systems testing. Key Responsibilities Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and PWAs down to the component level. Operate test equipment including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, function generators, and related tools. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, block diagrams, technical manuals, and engineering documentation. Perform precision repairs on electrical, electronic, RF, and integrated circuits in a high-reliability environment. Document test results, troubleshooting steps, repairs, and findings accurately according to established procedures. Follow safety protocols when working with high-voltage, high-energy, high-pressure, and hazardous systems.

Shift options:
1st shift, 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, or 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
