Job Description

Electronics Test Technician Location:
Poway, CA Shifts Available:
1st & 2nd Shift 1st shift is from 5am to 2:30pm 2nd shift from 3pm to 12:30pm Position Overview We are seeking experienced Test Technicians with strong electronics troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and repair issues down to the component level. This role supports testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and RF systems in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, perform, and document product tests according to established procedures Analyze test results and record findings accurately Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards to the component level Diagnose RF, electrical, and electronic system issues Operate test equipment, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and technical documentation Assist with resolving technical issues and support continuous production efforts Train and support junior technicians as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of electronics test, troubleshooting, or repair experience Strong troubleshooting and repair skills at the component level Experience testing and troubleshooting printed circuit boards (PCBs) Ability to diagnose and resolve RF system issues Proficient in reading and interpreting electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, and technical drawings Experience using digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a manufacturing environment

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
