The ideal candidate will have strong board-level repair experience, advanced micro-soldering skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and board layouts to identify and resolve hardware failures. Key Responsibilities Perform board-level diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of tablets, mobile devices, and other electronic assemblies. Analyze and repair PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies) down to the component level. Troubleshoot power-related issues, short circuits, damaged components, and power rail failures. Use microscopes, hot air rework stations, soldering irons, and related equipment to complete precision repairs. Read and interpret electronic schematics, board layouts, and technical documentation. Conduct functional testing and verification of repaired units to ensure quality standards are met. Document repair findings, root cause analysis, and completed repairs through RMA processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment. Follow quality and safety procedures while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience performing board-level repairs on tablets, smartphones, consumer electronics, or high-end laptops. Proven ability to diagnose complex hardware issues to the component level. Strong understanding of electronic circuits, power systems, short circuit analysis, and power rail troubleshooting. Advanced micro-soldering and rework experience using: Hot air rework stations Micro-soldering irons Microscopes Precision repair tools Ability to read and interpret schematics, board views, and technical documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications (Not Required):

Certification Additional Requirements Candidate must successfully pass an in-person hands-on soldering and diagnostic test during the interview process. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced repair environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate:
