PCB Repair Technician

We're looking for a skilled Computer PCB Repair Technician to join our U.S. Operations team in San Jose. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printed circuit boards (PCBs) to the component level while supporting product quality, testing, and shipment readiness. If you enjoy solving technical issues, working with electronics, and keeping production moving, this role is for you. What You'll Do ? Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs to component level ? Identify faulty parts, replace components, and verify functionality ? Use testing equipment, including multimeters and oscilloscopes ? Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings ? Document repair logs, testing results, and quality records ? Follow all ESD, safety, and quality standards ? Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve recurring issues ? Use Navision to post completed products and create replacement parts ? Support production and shipping operations as needed ? Maintain an organized workspace following 6S principles What You Bring ?? Education AA/AS degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience preferred ??? Experience & Skills ? 3+ years of PCB repair, electronics assembly, or related experience ? Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit basics ? Ability to troubleshoot to component level ? Experience with diagnostic and testing equipment ? Strong attention to detail and documentation skills ? Team-oriented with solid communication skills Physical Requirements ? Ability to lift up to 40 lbs ? Frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and tool use ? Comfortable working with small components and detailed repairs ?
