PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Engineering Technician to support high-volume testing of precision commercial and military components. This hands-on role focuses on high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic testing in a fluid power manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable performing repetitive precision testing while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. What You'll Do Perform high-volume, repetitive testing of precision hydraulic and pneumatic components. Conduct high-pressure fluid power testing for commercial and military products. Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment. Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues. Analyze test results and identify potential problems. Follow established test procedures, specifications, and quality requirements. Document testing activities and results accurately. Support improvements to testing methods, workflow, and production efficiency. Work independently while meeting quality and production goals. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or
GED. 4-6
years of relevant technical, testing, manufacturing, or related experience. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to make timely decisions and work with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous hydraulic and/or pneumatic testing experience . Fluid power systems experience. High-pressure testing knowledge. Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience. Commercial, military, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience. Experience supporting high-volume production testing. Why Join Us? $35
