Job Description

Pool Equipment Installer & Troubleshooting Technician Full-time | Monday-Friday | $30-$40/hour DOE We're looking for an experienced pool equipment technician who can install, diagnose, and repair equipment — not just clean pools. If you know Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward, understand water chemistry, and can solve problems in the field, we want to talk. What you'll do Install, replace, and commission pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and related equipment Diagnose and repair Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward systems (variable-speed pumps, heaters, salt cells, valves, automation, and controls) Troubleshoot circulation, electrical, plumbing, and equipment-pad issues Test and balance pool chemistry as part of service and startup work Document findings, parts used, and work completed; communicate clearly with the office and customers Keep your truck, tools, and job sites organized and professional Schedule & pay Monday through Friday $30-$40/hour starting, based on experience Full-time Benefits Competitive pay Benefits package (health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays — customize this line) Steady weekday schedule Requirements Proven experience installing and troubleshooting pool equipment (this is not an entry-level or cleaning-only role) Strong working knowledge of Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward equipment Solid understanding of pool water chemistry Must have your own tools Organized, reliable, and a strong problem solver Valid driver's license and clean DMV / driving record Able to work independently outdoors and lift 50+ lbs Professional with customers and coworkers Preferred CPO or other pool/equipment certification Manufacturer training or factory certs (Pentair, Jandy, Hayward) Experience with automation (IntelliCenter, iAquaLink, OmniLogic) and variable-speed pump programming Apply with your resume and a short note on your equipment experience (brands, years, and the kinds of installs/repairs you do
