POSITION SUMMARY

The unique value the Maintenance Specialist brings to Fading West is helping to assure the factory continues running smoothly while supplying support to factory staff with maintenance and upkeep of tools, equipment, and factory building. Responsibilities ? Welding (General) Fabrication Vehicle Maintenance/Inspection Drafting/Design Electrical Maintenace/Inspection Construction Maintenance Heavy Equipment operating Crane Maintenance/Inspection Other duties as assigned Qualifications General welding Power tool repair Power tool knowledge Previous maintenance experience preferred This position is an in-person role Must be competent and comfortable in computer skills and navigate modern technology often (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, etc) This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement May require a reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant May be regularly required to stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
