Job Description

Littell Electric is hiring an experienced Automation & Low-Voltage Technician to join our team in Colorado's Roaring Fork Valley. This position will work primarily with residential lighting-control, motorized-shade, and low-voltage systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean installations, understands how these systems work, and can troubleshoot problems without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities:
Install, trim, program, and troubleshoot Lutron lighting-control systems Install and service Lutron motorized shades Perform low-voltage rough-in, wiring, termination, labeling, and testing Read electrical plans, control drawings, and system documentation Coordinate with project managers, electricians, builders, and other trades Diagnose system and communication issues Maintain clean, organized, professional installations Provide strong customer service in high-end residential environments
Qualifications:
Experience with Lutron lighting-control and shade systems Low-voltage, electrical, automation, or controls experience Ability to read plans and follow wiring diagrams Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Professional appearance and attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Lutron certifications and programming experience are strongly preferred. Additional experience with home automation, networking, AV, or other lighting-control platforms is a plus.
