Griffis/Blessing Inc - one of the largest property management companies and voted "Best Places to Work" is seeking a qualified Roving Service Technician to support our communities in the Western Slopes area. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Technician who is able to provide maintenance support within the Glenwood/Silt and Grand Junction area. This is a key role that requires flexibility, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize maintenance needs across multiple communities. The Floating Service Technician will be responsible for supporting the overall condition, appearance, and curb appeal of the properties, including: Completing work orders and service requests Assisting with apartment make-readies and turnovers Performing preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and completing general repairs Supporting property maintenance teams as needed Helping maintain community grounds, common areas, and curb appeal Traveling between six properties based on daily maintenance needs Assisting Service Managers with daily workflow and special projects Participating in shared on-call responsibilities as needed This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and can adapt quickly to the changing needs of multiple communities. The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service is essential.

Compensation:

$28.00-$30.00 per hour If you are interested in this position, we are looking to do 10-15-minute teams calls on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please let us know your availability.
